CERT, or Community Emergency Response Team, is a group of volunteer citizens who are trained to assist, in their neighborhoods, for emergency and mass casualty response situations. We’re trained in first response, basic medical skills, search and rescue, and incident command for natural and man-made disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, and terrorist attacks.

Lowcountry CERT is the non-profit organization that raises funds to equip, train and sustain CERTs in the tri-county area.  To support these efforts in your neighborhood, please donate or volunteer.
